  1. Keahole Lobster Salad - with Lemon Creme Friache & Spring Vegetables
  2. Seared Breast of Duck - with Japanese Pear and Fresh Orange Salad
  3. Roasted Filet of Beef - in Herb Crust with Forest Mushroom Ragout, fresh shelled peas, pearl onions and roasted Yukon potatoes
  4. Trio of Creme Brulee - Chocolate, Mango & Ginger, Assorted cookies (or substitute a wedding cake)





Dinner 2
  • Traditional Caesar Salad - baby romaine, crisp garlic buttery croutons, shaved reggaiana cheese with a lemon-garlic anchovy dressing
  • Choice of:
    • Grilled Filet of Beef - stuffed with rosemary and garlic, served with shiitake mushroom port wine sauce or;
    • Island-Fresh Mahimahi - with Passion Fruit Buerre Bianc

  • Grilled Quail Salad - with toasted macadamia nuts and mango vinaigrette on a bed of greens
  • Grilled Loin of Lamb - sliced lamb marinarea and grilled served with port wine shiitake mushroom sauce
  • Parmesan Scalloped Potatoes - thin layers of potatoes baked in a creamy parmesan sauce
  • Bundles of Vegetables - Island fresh vegetables saut'eed and served with burnt butter sauce

  • Baby Greens with Raspberry Vinaigrette - crumbled bleu cheese and toasted walnuts

    • Seared Breast of Duck - with dried fruit compote & wild rice pancakes or;
    • Cornish Game Hen with glac'e de Poulet & oven-roasted Yukon Potatoes
